Innovation Valley Database, CRM, and Project Management Suite
Introduction

Welcome to the website for the Innovation Valley Partnership Database, CRM, and Project Management Software. The aim of the project is to create synergy amongst the partner's information gathering efforts amongst the members, and provide a platform in which to manage innovation based regeneration projects in London's Upper Lee Valley (ULV).

About the Innovation Valley Partnership

The Innovation Valley group was formed as a result of the need to collaborate business support services funded under ERDF Grant, managed by Government Office for London with funding also from London Development Agency, for five projects specialising in Innovation audit and methods. All projects funded under the innovation and sustainability themes of the ERDF have agreed to cooperate to maximize their impact on the regeneration of the ULV. In addition to cost savings this cooperation increases the prospects of success by matching the right support to the business objectives of the company. The need for collaboration between projects was highlighted by the growing frustrations among Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s) due to numerous contacts by the support agencies duplicating the advice and services on offer. In addition joint working by partners would benefit from shared marketing and network events and ensure that the most effective and beneficial method of targeting SME’s was managed and referred to within the support group for maximum benefit to both the partner and business. To facilitate this approach, joint marketing and a website have been developed and delivered by the group. To further develop the strategic management of the five projects which interlink to provide support and advice in ‘Innovation’ methods for business it has been identified that a database would add considerable value in managing and recording the referrals, project achievement and client contact records. All projects funded under the innovation and sustainability themes of the ERDF have agreed to cooperate to maximize their impact on the regeneration of the ULV. In addition to cost savings this cooperation increases the prospects of success by matching the right support to the business objectives of the company.
